Order processing time is up to 5 business days. For orders placed after 12:00 PM, the deadline is counted from the next business day. In addition, delivery time, usually 1 - 2 business days, should be added.
What is the sizing like?
We encourage you to follow the dimensions provided in the tables under each product. Accurate dimensions and product specifications can also be checked here.
Can we change the vehicle color on the product?
For some prints, we can change their color. Please contact us individually; in such cases, the waiting period may significantly increase.
Can we change the date for the vehicle?
The date on the vehicles is an integral part of the graphics and we do not change it.
Can we make a t-shirt with vehicle X?
We do not create "custom" drawings. However, we are constantly trying to add new vehicles - we encourage you to follow us on Facebook, Instagram or subscribe to our newsletter. You can write your wishes in the comments - we take them into account.
Can we make a T-shirt based on a photo?
We only create T-shirts with our own designs, but we recommend the services of a friendly company. Send an email with a photo to lach@nadrukihaft.pl. The subject of the email should be "nikiniki".
Do we offer wholesale quantities?
Please send an email with the estimated order size to biuro@orfin.pl. We will provide an individual offer and sales conditions.
Is a receipt/invoice included with the packages?
We include a receipt with every package, but if you prefer otherwise, please mention it in the order notes. It is possible to receive the receipt electronically.
Are the mugs dishwasher safe?
Yes, we have not observed any negative effects of dishwasher cleaning on the print.
I haven't received an order confirmation email. What now?
Please check your spam folder first. Otherwise, please contact us and provide your order number and/or the name given in the order.
