What is the lead time?

The order lead time is up to 5 business days. For orders placed after 12:00 PM, the lead time is counted from the next business day. Additionally, delivery time should be added, which is generally 1-2 business days.

What is the sizing like?

We encourage you to refer to the dimensions provided in the tables under each product. You can also check the exact dimensions and product specifications here.

Can we change the color of the vehicle on the product?

For some prints, we can change their color. Please contact us individually, as the waiting period may be significantly longer in such cases.

Can we change the date next to the vehicle?

The date next to the vehicles is an integral part of the graphic and we do not change it.

Can we make a T-shirt with vehicle X?

We do not create "custom" drawings. However, we are constantly striving to add new vehicles - we encourage you to follow us on Facebook, Instagram, or subscribe to our newsletter. You can write your wishes in the comments - we take them into account.

Can we make a T-shirt based on a photo?

We only create T-shirts with our own prints, but we recommend the services of a friendly company. Send an email with the photo to lach@nadrukihaft.pl. In the subject of the email, please write "nikiniki".

Do you offer wholesale quantities?

Please send an email with the estimated order size to biuro@orfin.pl. We will present an individual offer and sales conditions.

Is a receipt/invoice included with the packages?

We include a receipt with every package, but if you prefer otherwise, please state this in the order message. It is possible to send the receipt electronically.

Are the mugs dishwasher safe?

Yes, we have not observed any negative effects of dishwashing on the print.

I did not receive an order confirmation email. What now?

Please check your spam folder first. Otherwise, please contact us and provide your order number and/or the name used in the order.
