SHL M11
The SHL from the communist era, a well-known and beloved model, was based on a pre-war design by engineer Rafał Ekielski. However, World War II interrupted the production of this progenitor. After the war, the first M02 and M03 motorcycles, equipped with the Polish S01 engine, appeared in Huta Ludwików. The models from the 1960s introduced many interesting improvements, such as the new S32 engine, a rear luggage rack, and a cigar-shaped muffler, with modernization constantly progressing. Production ceased in 1970. Today, SHL motorcycles can be seen at the Museum of Technology in Warsaw, as well as in the private garages of the greatest enthusiasts of this unforgettable machine.
