Zetor 4011

The Zetor 4011 was developed as part of the unification of the UŘ1 tractor family - 2011 (two-cylinder, 22 hp), 3011 (three-cylinder, 30 hp) and our hero 4011 (four-cylinder, 45 hp), which was the second in the series. Its production lasted from 1962 to 1967. The Czech manufacturer released it in two liveries visible in our designs.

Our knowledge of the Czech language does not allow us to say why, but the UŘ1 symbol gave the unofficial name Major to this line of tractors. Under this name, the latest series of Zetors is still being produced. High production standards made it an export hit for the factory in Brno in many countries around the world. This model was also produced under license by the Polish Ursus under the unchanged name 4011.
