Zetor 4011

The Zetor 4011 was developed as part of the unification of the UŘ1 tractor family - the 2011 (two-cylinder, 22 hp), the 3011 (three-cylinder, 30 hp) and our hero, the 4011 (four-cylinder, 45 hp), which was the second in the series to be developed. Its production lasted from 1962 to 1967. The Czech manufacturer released it in two colour schemes, which are visible in our designs.

Our knowledge of the Czech language does not allow us to say why, but the symbol UŘ1 gave the unofficial name "Major" to this line of tractors. Under this name, the latest series of Zetor tractors is still produced. High production standards made it an export hit for the factory in Brno in many countries around the world. This model was also produced under license by the Polish Ursus under the unchanged name 4011.
