In the 1950s, three engineers, Krzysztof Brun, Jerzy Jankowski, and Tadeusz Mathia, created a unique scooter, which was christened with the modest nickname Osa (Wasp). Its prototypes, Żuk (Beetle), Bąk (Bumblebee), and Odra, finally led in 1959 to the creation of the first series of this exceptional scooter from the Polish People's Republic era, whose production lasted until 1965. In 2020, we are pleased to launch the first series of T-shirts featuring the red Osa.

The idea of constructing the scooter emerged from above - presumably because while in the West women with windswept hair whizzed around on Vespas, the Polish People's Republic could not boast a similar machine, and Polish women had nothing to whizz around on. The Osa, with its sleek, elegant body, had a touch of the West that Poles could afford. At the same time, it was stable and adapted for riding in difficult terrain, which together provided great comfort of use.
