Renault 5

The small, agile Renault 5 first rolled off the production line in 1972 and quickly became the most popular French car until 1986. Over fourteen years, more than 5.5 million units of the model, characterized by its "cut-off rear" body, were produced. The Renault 5, often called Super 5 (French: Supercinque), appeared in many versions that differed slightly in body structure, interior elements, or the nature of the vehicle itself (cabriolet, van, rally model), but regardless of the version, the Supercinque proved to be a huge market success. The Renault was even loved in Great Britain, despite the eternal skepticism of the British towards everything coming from the continental side of the English Channel. Regardless of whether the steering wheel is on the right or left, the Super 5 looks great from the outside, especially in canary yellow or red, on a white, black, or gray t-shirt.
